Fall soccer registration will be held at the soccer field
Tuesday, June 17 - Thursday, June 19 from 6:00 - 8:00pm.
Misc. info.
- you must be 4 years old before July 31, 2008 in order to play
- if you have not played in the past, please bring a copy of your child's birth
certificate with you. We will need to keep the copy.
- if your child is 10 or older, please bring a small picture of them for their
player's card.
- cost is $40 for the first child, $35 for the second child, and $25 for each
additional child
- inhouse jerseys are $17
- travel jerseys are $20
Registration forms can also be printed and mailed by June 30 for no additional
fee. Forms received after July 1 will incur a $25 late charge. Please click on the Registration Form link to the
left, and copy and paste that into a Word document before printing. If you
chose to mail in your form, please make sure to include the necessary fees, copy of birth certificate, and picture, if needed.
