Registration Fees:
U6 - $40/child (4 yrs old prior to 7/31/09)
U8 - $50/child (6 yrs old prior to 7/31/09)
U10 - $55/child (8 yrs old prior to 7/31/09)
U12 - $60/child (10 yrs old prior to 7/31/09)
U14 and older - $60/child - age groups to be determined
Shirt Fees:
Inhouse (U10 and under)- $17
Travel (U12 and up) - $20
Important Information
Your child must be 4 years old before July 31, 2009 in
order to play in U6.
If your child has not played in the past, a copy of his/her birth certificate must
be included with registration form. We will need to keep the copy
If your child is 10 or older, a small picture (1x1) must
be included with registration for his/her player's card.
If your child already has a shirt, you do not have to purchase another one.
Registration forms can be printed by clicking on the Registration Form link to the left. Copy
and paste that into a Word document before printing.
If you chose to mail your form, please include the registration form, necessary fees, copy of
birth certificate, and picture, if needed. Your child's registration cannot be processed without these items.
